By accessing and using Yogilize ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

Instructor Responsibilities

Instructors are responsible for:

• Publishing accurate class information and schedules
• Maintaining professional conduct during all interactions
• Ensuring proper Zoom meeting setup and connectivity
• Providing quality instruction and timely communication

Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

• Purchase classes via Stripe before receiving Zoom join links
• Attend classes on time and be respectful to instructors and other students
• Follow safety guidelines and practice within their limits
• Not share or distribute class recordings or materials

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Students must complete payment before receiving access to live classes. Refund policies apply as stated in our separate refund policy.

Community Guidelines

We maintain a respectful community. The following behaviors may result in account suspension:

• Harassment or inappropriate conduct toward instructors or students
• Sharing inappropriate content or language
• Disrupting classes or community discussions
• Violating intellectual property rights

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate our community guidelines or these terms of service. Users may also terminate their accounts at any time through their account settings.

Health and Safety

Yoga practice involves physical activity. Please consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program. Practice safely and within your limits.
